Here at Wild Angel's Stables, we believe that education is the key to success. Owner/trainer Cassidy Gow graduated from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls with a major in business/economics and a minor in equine science. Striving to always improve her education in barrel racing she has done multiple Martha Josey and Connie Combs clinics as well as one with Jessica Routier.

♡To say I'm proud of 2017 would be an understatement. ♡
We had 4 angels make the trip down to state horse 2017!!! Came home with a
1st place in poles!!!! (State champion)
2nd place in jumping figure 8,
3rd place in key race
9th in barrels
12th in key race
12th in jumping figure eight
17th in barrels
& top 25 in quite a few events!
* We Managed to make the score card in pleasure a few times!
* We had our first horse-less horse state fair project entered & state trip!
*They Placed 4th overall in herdsmanship!!! (Which is an award for the cleanliness of their counties barn area).
☆Champ Show 2017 was a blast we took
6th in Junior poles
10th in junior pennant race
8th in peewee poles
8th in peewee jumping figure 8,
4th in the intermediate jumping figure 8 class
17th in senior pole weaving
and many other top 50 placings against some serious competitors.
☆We took home over $700 from the PEWC finals this year ;)
☆Local fair we accepted the 4 state trips and titles of Grand champion in Jr. Gaming, reserve champion in Jr. Gaming & Reserve champion in Jr. western pleasure, reserve champion in senior games and senior western pleasure.
*Grand champion in regular projects for a dog diabetes poster & pony poster!!
*The project of excellence award for an amazing drawing in the regular projects!!
☆As a group we took home over $1200 from the RR barrel race directly after the 4H show at the fair.
☆The next day we hit the barnum race track for the 1st time ever! Taking home a 1st, 2nd 3rd 4th , 6th & 7th in two different quarter mile farmer races. 5th in small pony race & 5th in the 1/4 mile off the track Winning a little over $500 collectively.
☆As a group we took home thousands this summer traveling to different barrel races all over Mn... Chasing cans on that Gr$$n line!!!
Ohhh & we can't forget those awesome buckles the kids & adults of all ages have been taking home.
☆We were blessed to be able to have tyler go to Oklahoma horse Shoeing school so we can have the best running legs possible ;)
☆We celebrated the little things like good attitudes, bridling/saddling our own horses, falling off and learning how to wipe the dust off and get back on.
☆ We celebrated the big things from being a 1st time horse owner to buying that step up horse!
☆ We celebrated lots of first time show winners & lots of repeat show winners by eating pizza with good company!
☆We toured colleges with the kids showing them a few of the horse programs available.
☆The kids worked Friday workdays when it was over a 100° and below 0°... learning to be responsible farmers and horse owners!!
☆We welcomed a daughter to frenchmans guy to our herd as our new brood mare.
☆We learned as a group life is sooo short so live it up to the fullest, our best friends won't always be there to laugh and celebrate with. ♡Shannon, I know you would want us to Pick up our suckers, wipe off the dirt & pull our boots up.... we have lots of work to do in 2018. Laura & coal ran a new personal best time in jumping figure 8 and were just out of the top ten in a couple of their events!
Libby had some good runs, but was just out of the placings. State is her kryptonite... what can I say bud, you'll get them year 5.

*No we don't offer trail rides*
*Lessons are available on a weekly basis. We have ponies or large horses available to use. If you prefer to haul in your own horse, you are welcome to do so with a copy of current coggins and shots record. Cost is $40/hr/person.
*If you have a group of 3+ wanting to take lessons or a clinic (3-4 hour class)
*No we don't offer trail rides*
*Lessons are available on a weekly basis. We have ponies or large horses available to use. If you prefer to haul in your own horse, you are welcome to do so with a copy of current coggins and shots record. Cost is $40/hr/person.
*If you have a group of 3+ wanting to take lessons or a clinic (3-4 hour class) together we can arrange that as well . (girls night, guys night, family night, birthdays, gifts, weekly exercise promise).
*Training-With that many top 10's you know we're doing something right around here. I specialize in colt breaking, barrel training, gaming patterns, trail riding and advanced body commands.
*Boarding- Indoor and outdoor riding arena. Pasture board is 24/7 access to round bales. Stall board is available if there is an opening.
